BROOKLYN NY- GET THOSE TISSUES HANDY Last week in Bed-Stuy, someone took Bruno for a walk in the bitter cold and tied him to pole. He sat there, alone, in the elements, no food or water, for TWO DAYS before animal control was called and he now is at the Brooklyn ACC. People walked past him, not one person bothered to help. Whats even more heart crushing is this beautiful boy is BLIND. So now envision him scared, in the dark, cold for 48 hours and not being able to see. . BRUNO - A1022142
