BROOMFIELD BRC celebrating 1st anniversary Thursday... The Broomfield Business Resource Center will celebrate its one-year anniversary on Thursday. The BRC is a partnership between the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce, Broomfield and the North Metro Small Business Development Center. It aims to help create, stabilize and expand businesses with one to 99 employees to create and keep jobs in the Broomfield area, said Chamber president Jennifer Kerr. The center includes meeting space, a resource library and offices for rent. The BRC also offers regular classes on marketing, social media, finance and related topics. An anniversary open house will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday at the BRC, 2095 W. Sixth Ave., Suite 109. For more information, go to BroomfieldBRC
