BT wifi not working again and we appear to have a former phone number and bt thinks we had a 400pds plus big big bill to pay which we didnt of course we havent even had whole 8 weeks worth of wifi landline and still no tv setup and apart from talking to their complaints dept am darned annoyed - the bt website wanted to take my bank info from me - no way - always have a paper bill per 1/4 so can check it - perhaps our xd numbers been recyled - am about ten miles from home at the library - botheration !!
