If you have been making snide remarks about this interview, and challenging APC members to explain how Buhari plans to stabilize the oil market, I HAVE A RESPONSE FOR YOU. PLEASE COME!!!!! First of all, Buhari never said I will stabilize the oil market. He said, first we need to stabilize the oil market GOVERNMENTS OF INDIVIDUAL COUNTRIES CAN, SHOULD, AND OFTEN DO THINGS ON THEIR OWN TO STABILIZE THE OIL MARKET.
