(4) RECOGNISING AND SUBMITTING TO THE ANOINTED: 2 Chronicles 20:20 - thank God for Pst Emma Nyong who taught us during the 9th Anniversary on how to relate with the Anointed, which I recapped last week and will do so again - (a) Obey them (b) Submit totally to them (c) Pray for them (d) Relate with them intimately ie Get to know them and refuse to be offended with them (e) Do not tolerate those who speak against your anointed ...EXAMPLES OF: Abraham and Sarah/Lot/Eliezer/Servants in his house. To benefit from these gifts, (a) we have to recognize (accept) them, (b) nurture (celebrate/encourage - giving, appreciating, making their supervision/ ministry easier) them and (c) believe (trust/agree with) them; to prosper, excel, succeed and jump stages. (5) RECOGNISING AND ACCEPTING WHO I AM IN CHRIST: 2 Cor 5:17 (RIGHTEOUS, HEALED AND RICH) (a) SONSHIP - HEIRS OF GOD (Galatians 3:26-29). Summary is who the Father is we are: Matthew 5:44-48 (perfect because we love), Ephesians 5:1-2 (love like Him), Colossians 1:13-23 (14) - reconciled to God in wholeness, fixed and fit together in harmony and 1 John 3:1-3. We inherit the earth and exercise sonship over all things - Psalm 25:13 and 115:12-16. (b) CITIZEN OF HEAVEN, AMBASSADORS AND REPRESENTATIVES (Philippians 1:27-30/3:19-20). We are citizens and so ambassadors of heaven (born by birth ie by the BLOOD like us or naturalised/paid for by some and thats why they always want people to pay) as well as reps of Christ. (c) FRIENDS OF GOD (Amos 3:3/7 and 4:13 and John 15:11-15). (d) PRIESTS AND KINGS (1 Peter 2:9-12 and Revelations 1:5-6 and 5:10: WHO IS A PRIEST? Leviticus 21:5-6 and Deuteronomy 18:1-2 (set apart holy ie belong to God to present gifts/offerings/tithes and sacrifices to God - FIRST: ourselves - Romans 12:1, which includes our gifts/talents, resources etc, SECOND: prayers - Matthew 21:13-14, THIRD: praise - Hebrews 13:15, FOURTH: minister in the Temple - Leviticus and Numbers 3-4 and FIFTH: bless people - Numbers 6:22-27. Then WHO IS A KING? Someone who rules in the place of God upon the earth - Jesus is King of kings, we are His fellow kings, so exercise His dominion in the various places we are ... Deuteronomy 17:14-20/1 Timothy 3:1-13 and Titus 1:5-9 - (1) a believer, (2) not violent (3) doesnt trust in men for help (4) husband of one wife, (5) not greedy for money (6) spiritual - knows and meditates on Gods word (7) led by Gods Spirit (8) walks in love (9) humbles himself ie depends on God alone and (10) reigns forever: PERSON OF PRAYER (e) TEMPLE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT/CARRIERS OF GOD (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 and 2 Corinthians 6:16).
