BUILDING UPDATE from Sunday, September 15 The inspection report on the building has been received by TRC and the prospective buyer. The report was lengthy and described well the issues of buying a fifty-year-old building. We are in discussions with the prospective buyer on how to proceed. The main issue is a request by the buyer for a new flat roof on the West and East wings. The Vision Team is proceeding on their assignment to clarify a vision for us as we move forward to present Jesus and His Good News to Greater Dayton. The team expects to share information with the congregation within the month. We will trust in the Lord to continue opening the doors of opportunity for TRC—just as He has always done for us in the past.
