BULIMIA AND BINGE EATING: Before starting on any self help plan, particularly that includes a diet and exercise- see your GP first. Doing things differently: Spend some time working out the times you are most likely to binge... do something different Compromise....eat a small portion if you really cant resist Get healthy food in.... rather than sugar rich foods Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day Seek help Weigh yourself no more than once a week Eat with trusted friends and family, rather than isolate yourself Dont rush food.... sit down and eat slowly Most important... your body is precious, treat it with love and respect.
