BULLET TWO! We are highly delighted with the overwhelming support the opposition party the (APC) enjoyed in taraba state and Nigeria at large. The wind and wave of seeming popular change is suggestive of the gullibility of sections of Nigerians. There was a saying by CHIEF OBAFEMI AWOLOWO; A day shall come when Nigerians masses from the north and south, Muslim, christian and animist will merged a force for progress and unity, and kicked against rigging, corruption and tyranny. The higher the Mr do-do climb, the more he shows his tail, Mr do-do has failed to restore and recapture the statue of the government. Our common problems are; poverty, illiteracy, disease, homelessness, insecurity, lack of basic amenities and squilor. Fair shares to all, is labours call! Today, many countries of the world are making effort to bridge the gab between men and women in politics, women around the world often face daunting social, economic and political challenges. Their contributions are crucial to building a strong and vibrant society, it is therefore essential to support women around the world and respect the gender inequality in democratic governance. WOMEN IN POLITICS! Yet, many of the best performing ministers of past and present have been women. E.g Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, (late) Proff. Dora Akunyili also performed excellently during Yaraduas epoch. Indeed, women have rise to the higher echelons, the impeachment of Mr Perter Obi pave way for Mrs Dame Virgy Etiaba as first female acting governor of Anambra state for three months. The number of female deputy governors and members of the National assembly are still very low and does not reflect to the 25% women representation in government. Three among the seven female senators has declared their intention to contest for the governorship post in the forthcoming election in their respective states. Women are seen as the sunshine of hopes, pillers of sympathy, beacon of hopes, ray of justice, drumbeat of oneness, symbol of unity, arise and shine their followers and out-numbered their enemies. SUPPORT WOMEN IN POLITICS! WATCH OUT.
