+♡+ BURDENS▪♡▪ PERSONALTRAINER +♡+ Give your burdens to the Lord, and He will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall. (PSALM 55:22). Its important for us women to do some heavy lifting as we age. Weight-bearing exercise helps keep our bodies strong and our muscles toned. But bearing mental and emotional weight is another story. These dont build us up. They break us down. Allow faith to become your personal trainer when it comes to whats weighing heavily on your mind and heart. God knows how much weight you can bear. Invite Him to carry what you cannot. +♡+
