BURGLARY YESTERDAY IN YEW TREE CLOSE BEACONSFIELD - MESSAGE FROM THAMES VALLEY POLICE: Message sent by Marion Davis (Police, Neighbourhood Policing Administrator, Chiltern and South Bucks) PC 4202 Paul Bridgeworth is investigating a burglary that happened in Yew Tree Close, Beaconsfield between 14:00 and 20:00hrs on the 14th July 2013, the premises is a ground floor 1 bedroom flat.The unknown offender(s) have forced the UPVC transom bathroom window using an unknown instrument, causing minimal damage. Entry was gained and a flat screen 42” plasma TV has been pulled from the wall in the lounge, also a number of Xbox games have been stolen and the TV remote. The offender(s) have then exited the flat via the front door by unlocking it from the inside. The TV would have been heavy and it is believed that they would possibly need a vehicle to transport it. PC Bridgeworth is keen to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in this area. Please call Thames Valley Police on 101 and quote crime reference GC4288839/13.
