BUS 400 (section 2) This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully manage enterprise technology deployments, including hardware installation, configuration, and support. This course will also help students prepare for the CompTIA A+ certification exam. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: • Manage hardware and software associated with modern enterprise technology deployments. • Articulate key concepts associated with enterprise technology asset governance. • Identify and troubleshoot common PC problems. • Install and upgrade PC/hardware/network systems. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (7 and 8.1) • Explain key concepts associated with successfully deploying cloud-based enterprise technology.
