BUSHFIRE WATCH AND ACT : SELLICKS HILL Time Message Issued: 17:30 Date Message Issued: 08/12/2014 CFS advises that a bushfire at Sellicks Hill on the Fleurieu Peninsula near Mount Terrible Road and Louds Hill Road may threaten your safety. The SELLICKS HILL fire is travelling in a North Westerly direction towards Plains Road, Chaff Mill Road, Culley Road and Rogers Road. The uncontrolled fire is burning in Scrub. Check and follow your Bushfire Survival Plan and prepare for a bushfire in your area. If your plan is to leave or you are not prepared, leave now. Only leave if the path is clear to a safe place. Well prepared and actively defended homes can offer safety. You should not enter this area as the roads may not be safe. Stay tuned to this radio station on a battery-powered radio for updates.
