BUSHFIRE WATCH AND ACT: WISTOW Message Issued: 17:22 20/01/2014 CFS advises that a bushfire at Wistow near Mount Barker in the Mount Lofty Ranges near Native Avenue, Frampton Road, Dunn Road and Barker Road may threaten your safety. The WISTOW fire is travelling in a North West direction towards Native Avenue and Barker Road. The uncontrolled fire is burning in Grass and conditions are continually changing. Check and follow your Bushfire Survival Plan. If your plan is to leave or you are not prepared, leave now. Only leave if the path is clear to a safe place. Well prepared and actively defended homes can offer safety. You should not enter this area as the roads may not be safe. Stay tuned to your local ABC radio station on a battery-powered radio for updates.
