BUSHIDO~ There are those, and we know there are Many who proudly display the 7 Virtues of Bushido within Their Dojo , and as I do in my Home. My Sensei had a very large one in his Dojo all in Japanese, and he took the time to Print each Virtue out in English right below each one ~ We Never left the Dojo without reading all 7 together out loud ~ Sensei would say Read it, Think it, Live within it each and every day of Your Life. It is only as good as You Practice it. I see still there are those who read it, and preach it and then turn away from what those words mean in the way they conduct their lives, and yes even their schools. Bushido also means Practicing ~ Courtesy, Humility, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control and showing forth a Shining and Bold Spirit. We Must Enforce these Virtues within Ourselves as teachers at all times, in order to be able to Teach them to Our Students, as we are the Examples they are led by and will one day emulate with their Own Students ~ Respect and Honor to All and have a Great Weekend Ahead ~ Stay Sharp ~ SGM William Willard OKCMAA, USAOMAF, IAJA, KBK
