The candidates should have worked in EPC project from the contractor side and not on the client side. Should have worked on mega projects ( Over Billions Dollars ). Director Construction Scope of Responsibilities Directs the overall construction management, organization and operations of a project. Executes a project within schedule parameters whilst maintaining client satisfaction and international standards of safety and quality. Primary Duties • Responsible for representing Company on site and liaising with client, subcontractors and local government officials. • Execute the project in line with the delivery schedule, contract specifications and conditions. • Develop project organization chart and mobilization schedule based on standard models, using standard job descriptions and titles. Due cognizance must be given to capacity of each individual when allocating work responsibilities. • Monitor day to day activities through weekly, monthly and quarterly progress meetings of staff, subcontractors, JV partners and client to facilitate achievement of targets. • Slippages and backlogs will be identified and action plans formulated to keep the project on schedule. • Ensure adherence to the project and corporate Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures and maintain a safe working environment. Minimum Requirement • 15+ years experience in direct hire construction • 15+ years experience in the oil & gas industry • Experience working with an international E&C company • Excellent leadership and communications skills • Relevant degree or diploma from an accredited college or university. • Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria: • Experience working in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS/FSU), Middle East, and/or North Africa • Prior experience working with a diverse international workforce 2.Manager Construction Scope of Responsibilities Manage, coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction and handover to Completions on a timely and economical basis. Responsible for coordinating and managing contractors, materials and equipment, schedules and contracts whilst maintaining client satisfaction and international standards of quality. Primary Duties • Directs the construction activities and executes the construction works in line with the delivery schedule, contract specifications and conditions • Supports the construction contractors by removing impediments to progress, assisting in the development of their construction schedule, agreeing a construction sequence (path of • construction), and ensuring that the contractors have the materials, engineering deliverables, tools, and resources that are required for successful execution and complete delivery within the required time frame. • Develops and implements the requirements of the Construction Execution Plan (CEP) • Ensures that the constructability process is implemented in the design phase and ensure • participation of construction personnel in all project model reviews Minimum Requirement • 5+ years of experience in direct hire construction • 10+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry • Experience working with an international E&C company • Excellent leadership and communications skills • Prior experience working with a diverse international workforce • Ability to lead, motivate, resolve problems and inspire a diverse workforce and staff, and values diversity • Preference given to applicants with: • Experience working in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS/FSU), Middle East, and/or North Africa • Relevant degree or diploma 3.Site Manager Scope of Responsibilities Directs the overall site management team, organization and operations.
