[BUSINESS AGENDA] It is my singular privilege to write a column where the headline features no less than Dr. Bernardo Villegas, our countrys economic luminary who unceasingly make positive economic forecast for the Philippines. DO YOU AGREE? While Dr. Villegas concedes that not all he had forecasted in 2012 materialized, including a higher growth rate of eight to 10 percent, he says that “eight percent growth would have happened if this present government were a little more competent in spending money budgeted for infrastructure and unleashing the 50 PPP projects.
