Job Description • Offer training and assistance to business groups to submit work requests to Global Telecom group as required for both contact center and data engineering • Obtain customer requirements and size requests to determine expertise needed to provide solution • Creates task in project management tool and assign resources to task to provide solutions and costing • Uses basic knowledge to provide guidance cost and solution to noncomplex request • Have a clear understanding of Global Telecom standards and strategy • Provide assistance to create new processes and obtain exception approvals from management when required • Work with IT team to provide reporting and status of requests • Regular review resource demand and allocation in project management tool to ensure there is no need to increase or decrease demand based on requirements • Work with project managers to ensure all Global Telecom resources are assigned to implementation projects based on SME approvals • Ensure no changes in scope upon implementation requests unless prior approval has been provided through SME or management • Work with Global Telecom Engineering and Operations team to obtain clear guidance on information needed for requirements gathering • Schedule meetings with Business units, Global Telecom SMEs, and Management as required Knowledge and Skills Required • Basic knowledge of Contact Center environments • Basic understanding of Avaya technology • Basic understanding of LAN / WAN infrastructure and technology • Ability to read and review call flow design • Moderate knowledge of MS Visio, Word, and Excel • Excellent analytical thinking and technical analysis skills. • Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis. • Moderate MS Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills. • Business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Project / program management skills • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting. • Developed leadership skills, including conflict resolution • Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data.
