BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGER - Liverpool An opportunity currently exists for a Business Development / Personal Finance Manager - based in Liverpool. Working in personal finance is brilliant! There are only two products to learn, training is provided and you`ll spend your day building rapport with new and existing customers, helping Australians to get on with their lives. The store operations are diverse - where staff are multi skilled and given the opportunity to learn every aspect of the business. What you will do: •Provide outstanding face to face customer service •Build rapport and maintain a professional approach with each and every customer •Provide information to customers on each of our loan products, ensuring all information is understood •Assist customers in applying for a loan •Work collaboratively with all team members in each department •Use initiative to think outside the square and boost business •Adhere to all policies, procedures and responsible lending guidelines •Provide ongoing training and support for your team •Set targets & budgets for your department What we look for: •Experience in a similar role with a business development focus within a finance; telecommunications; home loans or insurance environment (preferred) •Professional and personable manner •Energetic and motivated approach •Reliable and trustworthy •Great team player •Ability to talk to people, enable people feel at home and go above and beyond for them •Ability to self-motivate and strive for excellence in everything you do •Ability to read customers and manage expectations •Desire to succeed and reach or exceed sales targets •Medium-High Level computer literacy (a must have) •Ability to work rostered weekends as needed The successful candidate will be offered an attractive salary package along with the ability to earn bonuses and develop with potential career advancement.
