BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT Business process improvement is a systematic approach to help an organization optimize its underlying processes to achieve more efficient results and manage its risks effectively. We have the experience of undertaking numerous business process improvement assignments, whether be it: • reviewing the current business process • compare actual current practices to approved policies and procedures • document and formalize current practice, if not documented, to ensure that current business practices are standardized and applied consistently • develop process mapping for easier and better understanding by staff This will be achieved through the performance of walk-throughs and enquiries.
