Tebogo excels in Mathematics, Physical Science and Business Studies. His interests lie in solving problems and playing number games. He spends his spare time inventing little gadgets and he is very creative. He lives in an informal settlement with his granny and commutes to school by taxi. Katleho has a flair for Languages and obtains good grades in these. She is an avid reader and spends a large portion of her allowance on magazines. She is a member of the school’s debating team. She also loves working with people and socializing with her peers, who sometimes indulge in mood altering substances. She lives in a suburb close to the school, with her mum and dad. Her mum is a national sales executive, who travels extensively. REQUIRED: Draw up a swot analysis for Tebogo and Katleho, indicating each of their personal character traits and interests. (Refer to the Case Study) Select a possible career for Tebogo and one for Katleho and also motivate your suggestion. Indicate the career requirements and paths associated with each of these careers. The career paths must indicate at least three progression levels.
