How jealous youd be. Jealous! Of Arkansas! Look, its a lovely state. A lot of nice people live there. And realizing that, their government decided that perhaps they deserved affordable health care. And so they are an island, surrounded by a sea of states posturing at the expense of people. Louisiana. Mississippi. Missouri. Texas. There are nearly 2.5 million people who could have access to more affordable health care that dont get it... because... Because... I dunno. Black President? Imagine living in THOSE states, sharing a border with a state that has the Medicaid expansion and knowing the only thing between you and affordable health care... ...is the jackass politician you got stuck with because of either a bad vote or your apathy. Wouldnt you be pissed? Would you want change? Wouldnt you be willing to do something about it? Wouldnt you at least be seething, even if you were afraid to bring it up at the local coffee shop or VFW event? Or do you like living next door to somebody who has it better than you? Good luck keeping up with the Joneses if you have untreated Asthma because you cant afford the inhaler. Theres an election coming. Theyre going to make this election a referendum on health care.
