BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a dishwasher and disposer from Best Buy. It was installed by someone that seemed to have some problems with the installation and was assisted by his wife who didnt know a wrench from a hammer when he bellowed. After the install, I noticed it was leaking under the sink.I put a plastic container there and called Best Buy. They sent him out again. It continued to leak. I called again and a second person came out. He said he was NOT a plumber (????) but either he or the 1st installer (the second time he came out) attached what looked like a U shaped tinker toy. It is plastic, more narrow than the original and no taping or soldering was done to insure no leakage. When the sinks are used, it has trouble draining any amount of garbage and leaks. It still leaks! A third person of unknown occupation came out, did nothing and left. It is still leaking when used more than normal use.I was told by someone at Best Buy that they are third party installers and not employees of Best Buy!They will not take responsibility for the leak.I have newer wood flooring in the kitchen and have told them that it is only a matter of time before the door blows open with a flood of water and at that time, THEY will be responsible for that repair also. THEY DAMAGED the plumbing under my sink - IT DID NOT LEAK BEFORE BEST BUY. I can take a finger and the whole body of pipes (or whatever) move A LOT. This must be put back to its original status before there is a major catastrophe caused by their inept installation followed by their feeble attempt at an even poorer play acting at repairs (of two NEW items). I am retired, on a fixed income. I am also not well physically and these taking advantage of make my situation worse. My thought is to quit paying them, call a real live plumber, and then take that off what is still owed. They have already screwed me over on the no interest part anyway. What POOR business practices and RUDE, uncaring people who call themselves managers. The last Manager hung up on me.
