According to the current laws of the game,any player who tackles an opponet from behind with out the intention of kicking the ball like how Sio Giovani of ivory coast did to Giogios Samaras of Greece is a foul which leads to a free kick. And any foul comitted by a defender in his own 18 yrd box is a penalty!!!!!. So the refree who was from Equador did NO MISTAKE to award a penalty which was well taken by Samaras to send ivory coast onto the next plane.i think the EBISIRAANI caused such an incident to happen at such a time in the disfavour of Africans including myself THE LORD COUNCILOR OF MAKINDYE WEST.
