BY THY WORD, LIGHT HAS COME TO THIS WORLD Do we hunger for the things of God or do we fill with the natural substances which have been provided for us to survive? Survival and living are two worlds apart from each other. Survival demands the need to obtain all that self requires, living is content with all that is given and is willing to give of what is has obtained. One in peace, the other in stressful turmoil. Born into a survival instinct, but the love of God is the light of the world. If it has not yet touched thy soul, then rest assured it will. In His timing according to His good pleasure, light shall shine upon the darkness and we will see. How many times have we heard of God, Jesus, Holy Ghost? When has it became a reality within our lives? Has He become a reality within us? Knowing about God brings forth the thought that there may be more to this life than we know about. So the thought lingers with our hearts. Hearing about the Love of God and sending His Son, Jesus, to this world to show us the Way and even die for us is like displaying the food upon a great banquet table that is able to feed the world. The finest of food and drink displayed immaculately, everyone is welcome to eat, but one must find himself, to come to the table. We are called to gather and invite those who are willing to come. We are sent to go through every highway and byway. Chosen, anointed, and appointed to do the work of which has been set before us. All accomplished through the Spirit of God which has been left for us to learn from. So by the calling of God His Spirit carries us to the table where love has prepared us for the embrace of the One who has died for us. He who has made the Way for us to follow. Whose touch is nothing that is to be compared to from this world or any if at all possible, for He is the Creator of all that is seen, even beyond what is yet to be seen. As we walk through the paths of life which we may have thought to be right, we are encountered by those whose lives have been touched by God. A seed planted, here and there. Some pass us by with water within there vessels and share what the Spirit has done for them, a drop falls upon the soil of our hearts. Some drops may have seemed to evaporate due to the hardness within us, but in reality His Word does not go out in vain. It just make take some time for the water to be soaked up as it sits upon the hardness it slowly is absorbed through it, ready for another drop to be laid upon it. How many droplets have fallen unto the soil of our hearts, before we ever felt the seed starting to break through the soil with life upon it? One plants, another waters, but it is the Spirit of God who brings forth the increase within our lives. This world is a desert of darkness with many running around in a survival mode. Gods Spirit is unleashing a tremendous amount of Living Water within His vessels to be poured out upon it. Work that has already been prepared by the Spirit of God. Are we willing to walk in the midst of darkness with the light which we have received? Or have we become content to stay within the boundaries of our safety, being that we have come out of the darkness, and somehow we have become greater than those that are bound. Remember we also were as they are and through the love of God, we are now free in the liberty of His Spirit to do the work which has been done to us. We were dead in our trespasses and sin, but through the blood of Christ we are alive. In this flesh we die daily, in hope that the Spirit of God resurrect within us to live as we die for the sake of our Saviour Christ Jesus. The ability to live is to have died with Christ upon the cross. By faith we believe in the love of God, Jesus, and in the power of the Holy Ghost we move and have our being, wherein we learn to die daily that He may live through us as we walk through this darkness and into His marvelous Light. Jesus our hearts are open to you to join us this day, come Holy Spirit and teach us what we have yet to know. Lord speak with us thy Word with wisdom which we may be able to understand. Create in us a new heart, where nothing remains the same-ol-same-ol. Let our eyes envision the beauty that goes beyond what the eyes can see. Enable our minds to comprehend the movements of thy Spirit as You bring direction to our lives. Loose our tongues that we may speak of the works that have been done with us. Enable these hands to grab hold of the plow and press forward as we break up the ground that is to reap forth thy harvest. Jesus move within thy body and glorify thy works to thy Father that all hope would rise from those who are in the dark as we walk in thy light among them this day.
