Ba Kasama, please help me with this question. At around 13:40 today, a mental patient was electrocuted by the transformer at Shoprite. The police came and took him away. Now before that, I witnessed something that disturbed me and I would like someone with knowledge on such to educate me and maybe even others. A young man at the scene of this incident was taking pictures of the people that had gathered at the scene. Suddenly, a plain clothes policeman approached him and said, hey!!! who are you? Before the young man could answer, the policeman grabbed the phone from him and took it away. The phone had a white cover and was big with a touch screen and looked like a Samsung S3. What crime did the young man commit and what is going to happen to this same phone? Does he have the right to claim it back or was the officer in order, at all, to confiscate the phone? I seek only to be educated. Thank you.
