Important Instructions for filling of Online UG Admission Application Form (You are advised to take print out of these instructions for future use) Step 1-Download Bank Challan form and deposit fee at OBC Bank through Bank Challan. 1. Candidate must have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December 2013 i.e if a candidate born in 1997 or above, he/she is not eligible for admission in MBBS/BDS in session 2013. 2. Before applying, candidate should have to deposit requisite fee in the University account through any branch of the Oriental Bank of Commerce by using specified Bank Challan Form, which is available at University website i.e. bfuhs.ac.in.After depositing a fee in the University account bank issues a Transaction ID, which is required to be entered in the Application form. Fee shall not be accepted in any other mode i.e. cash, Cheque, Demand Draft etc. 3. Fee for General category is Rs.4000 and for SC/ST category Rs.2000 Fee will be accepted up to 10-07-2013. 4. Merely deposition of fee will not entitle the candidate for admission. The required Application form should also be filled by the stipulated date and time, failing which no claim of the candidate will be considered. Fee once deposited will not be refunded/adjusted in any case. 5. Merely filling up online admission application form will not entitle the candidate for admission. The Print out copy of admission application form should also be submitted in the University up to the stipulated date and time with requisite fee in the shape of challan form and self attested copies of certificates, failing which no claim of the candidate will be considered.
