Baby Catherine update: We are home...what a trip! We are so thankful for a very, very good visit with the pulmonary clinic today! God is truly answering prayers for our baby doll. They said her growth is perfect for her...13 lbs and 22.5 in long and her blood gas test this morning was perfect. God is working His miracles and making her stronger and stronger! Everything was good!!! We are also supposed to start weaning her oxygen slowly too...yay! Attached is a video of her doing a little bit of talking to her papa last night...but she stops when she sees my phone...lol. Last, but not least, today is mine and Eddies 22 anniversary! It has definitely been different than any other!!! Haha. Its tickles me how things in life change...I never would have imagined our new normal life! As parents and grandparents we pray for healthy babies...we say we dont care if its a boy or girl as long as its healthy, but I have learned that our babies with special needs are just that much more special! We fight for them that much more, we cry over them that much more, and we fall on our knees in prayer over them that much more! And Im positive that we praise God for them that much more too!! w/Eddie Waldrep
