Baby M&M update! Its hard to imagine just how small 2 pounds is, and since Madison and Mason are in the NICU I havent been able to meet them yet, but today I was handed one of their diapers and let me tell you it really puts things in perspective. So that phone you have in your hand... yes, thats the size of the diaper they use and even then its too big. The nurses have to fold it in half! That said, I am overwhelming grateful that I can report that their head CT scan and heart echo indicate normal development! May our prayers continue to be answered to HIS glory! We know the first few days are the most critical and we know that the road to their destiny may have twists and turns, but we also TRUST in our LORD and Savior, who has proclaimed, Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you within my righteous hand. (Isaiah 41:10) Indeed, as mom and dad face the days ahead, may the Holy Spirit wash them with peace and may they never lose sight in trusting that God WILL strengthen their precious little ones! Amen!
