Baby Potatoes in creamy cheese sauce Servings 8 Ingredients: 36 small new baby potatoes, unpeeled and cut in half 4 tablespoons flour 4 tablespoons butter 2 cups milk 2/3 cup grated cheese 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg Procedure: Cover potatoes with water, bring to a boil, or steam. simmer until tender. Drain and cover to keep warm. In saucepan melt butter, whisk in flour, then milk, stirring constantly until thick. Stir in cheese Season sauce with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Pour potatoes over sauce and stir to coat. Then serve! Add more grated cheese on top if you want.
