Baby scare again today.. Ug. Woke up with contractions, tried to sleep/ignore them. Finally called labor/delivery and asked if I should come in... She said sure why not, better just check. Chris and I walked in having Nooooooo idea things were about to get terrifying. They hooked up the fetal monitor and little mans heart rate was barely audible at 50. The room burst into activity and within minutes we had like 7 doctors and nurses, I had an iv in my wrist, oxygen mask on and all kinds of wires going every which way... After about 15 really scary minutes babys heart rate was back up. I have to say, Ive never been more scared in my life. They dont know why he dipped like that, but Im officially admitted, had a shot of steroids (omg OW) and all the paperwork is signed for c sections and delivery and all that... Hes doing well and hasnt dipped again, but were hooked up to a monitor and not going anywhere for at least 24 hours. This kid is really giving us a run for our money. Keep praying he stays steady and stays inside for just a few more weeks... I dont really want to feel that kind of panic again. If he stays stable like he is were looking good... If he dips again he might be coming out. I hate not knowing, but at least God does! Trying to calm down...feeling better now, just sitting and waiting. Thanks for all your prayers!!
