Back Home.. ,.. whew.. Thank goodness my Pain Mgmt. Nurse was available for a longer than usual appointment. I had a LOT to talk about..lol I am now locked in to come up off another medicine..itll take 10 weeks to get where I want/need to be..in a perfect world..hahaha.. but, I am so ready to work very hard on the holistic ways..(Yoga, Meditation, etc.. DIET!!) I can address my pain,... AND..by golly,..the low dose Prednisone has started to actually work/help..its a MIRACLE!!!! (the Steroid side effects are very minimum..not to rough..I am dealing with them OK) My Left Ankle and Right knee have me literally hobbling when I walk today..lol No more falling for this old lady..OK??!!! LOL
