Back Hypertension on swiss the ball. A great alternative for home workouts, or if your gym doesnt have the machine for it. I think I could had use a smaller ball, so that I would had more ROM (Range of Motion) U can add weights too, by holding a dumbbell , a plate or a kettlebell. :) Happy Monday everyone!
