Back Squats - great lower body Compound movement that uses your glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps and core. -Get under a barbell rack, position the bar on your upper back away from the c-spine or neck. - take 2-3 steps back with feet wider than hip-width. Chest up, brace the abs and activate glutes. - Take a deep breath and start the movement at the hip joint like your sitting in a chair. -Get low as much as possible while still Maintaining a flat back and neutral spine. Do not round the back. - Exhale and Push thru the glutes, quads and hamstrings
