Back Street Boys have cancelled their gig in Israel, I read an article by Snead Oconnor explaining the controversy over the alleged concert she had in Israel. She said that she was paid almost 10 times here usual fees to agree and she gave a provisional agreement with a condition : Jews, Arabs and Palestinians (from occupied territories) will be granted same opportunity to attend. This was never granted and therefore she never signed.. What is interesting is the level of desperation in Israel to attract celebrities even if they pay 10 times normal fees.. That shows Boycott, Divestment & Sanctions do work...
