Back and bis today! This day is really giving leg day a run for its money as far as my favorite! I love it. In fact Im becoming addicted to it I think lol. Some know this, some dont-- I come from a very long and sad line of addicts. I cant say Im much different however my addictions benefit me they do not and will not destroy me like they have with so much of my family. I am so proud of my addiction of choice.... I have two actually. Being healthy/ fit and my son. I honestly dont think could live without either. We all have battles we fight daily, we all have ways we feed our addictions, its terrifying if you think about it. But I promise you if you try,I mean really try and you make the choice, you can have addictions that benefit you--not destroy you! Make the choice to really think about what you do to and for yourself. You deserve to be someone worth being proud of.
