Back and bis today. This is a clip from todays workout using the #flexsolate wrist straps. Cable column bicep curls are a great exercise because there is constant tension throughout the movement. In a normal bicep curl, the tension on the muscle varies depending on what position the arm is in space. With cable column curls, the tension throughout is consistent. Notice how after every rep I extend the elbows fully to maximally stretch the biceps. Try these for 12-20 repetitions with a slow pace.
