This 6 week REGISTERED class will give teach you how to perform BASIC strength exercises (i.e. squats, deadlifts), or exercises that use a whole lot of muscle at once and produce the best bang for your buck! You will learn how to do basic lifts with proper form, mechanics and effective programming so you can lift with confidence and avoid injury.
