Went to Lowes, credit card is smoking, and I am praying I will be able to pay if off but got the tile, mastic, grout, and sealer and had a wonderful young fellow help me to figure out all I needed. He took his time and walked me through it all, then showed me the best deal on a dryer got it $200.00 off, woohoo, and then passed me off to a gentleman who actually had experience with the pellet stove in the store not just reading what the box said. He helped me make the right decision for our new adoption center and then showed me what I needed for accessories to vent it out the wall. And I didnt even have to haul it home they are delivering for free. WOW what a different store. Never felt invisible for a minute and had all the help I needed. Thank you Jeff and Rick and Lowes in Troy for making me feel like a valued customer.
