Back home, Kid are playing outside and right through our subdivision comes a car flying like its Wabash Ave as the neighbors 5 year old was talking and bringing her bike over to our house to play with the kids with the focus of a 5 year old. My wife screams at top of her lungs to tell her Car is coming and waving her arms and the idiot in the car looks like he is clueless as he still doesnt slow down --- Took everything not to track them down -- People need to slow down in neighborhoods especially that are not street throughways. Next time I will enforce the speed myself and it wont be a pleasant as a ticket.
