Back home. Thank you Perry S. Holland, Shanon Holland Melson and Summer Hollon for being there with me! Dr. Hollon went in with me, held my hand and observed every move Dr. Z made! They had a good conversation as he let her observe as he did the sonogram and performed the needle biopsy. From their conversation about the way the lymph node looked, I think they suspect, lymph node involvement. Dr. Z then met with all of us and Options were discussed depending on whether my cancer is determined to be Stage 1 or Stage 2. He did say he would have a PET Scan ordered to check out other areas. Another few days of waiting for the verdict! Thank you all for your prayers!
