Back home after our weekend in Chicago. Went on a tour of the Lurie Gardens in Millenium Park, gave my feet a refreshing soak in the cool stream that runs through the gardens, had coffee in the members lounge of the Art Institute, saw a few exhibits in the art institute, walked around the park, had a cool drink to help cool down, then ended the day at our favorite middle eastern restaurant in Oak Lawn, a southern suburb of Chicago--such delicious food. Had a lovely time, but it is always good to get home and sleep in my own bed!!
