Back home again...feeling like I have been thrown into several garbage bins and back out numerous times - 4 airports and three countries in 24 hours can make a person feel a bit ratty! Arrived here at 7am, Steve picked me up at 8am and I took him to the domestic airport at 1.30pm, so we got to see each other for a few hours until the 23rd of Dec when he returns, at least we dont really get the chance to have a damn good argument.....and who doesnt enjoy that at times. Had a good trip, especially Siem Reap and the temples, absolutely incredible to see so much history and mind boggling thinking how they were built. Our driver and guide were awesome, what the driver could do with that bus was so good, and how our guide put up with 27 of us, especially them Pommies!!!, I will never know, Im sure we gave him the dry dribblies at times,but he made our trip so much better with all his help and knowledge. So hats off to you, Ny, what a gem he is. Better start saving for next years trip, to where, who knows......
