Back home from a tour of Texas w Dead Mans Mail. The Highlights: 1. We hit a big rigs tire in the interstate. Kept going 2. We cracked a radiator. Kept going 3. With a temp of 100+ degrees, we played an outdoor venue in Austin. Pedals were dying, and I nearly fell down a staircase....we kept going. 4. Got to see family and jam in Dallas at the HOB, technical equipment failure on stage and we kept GOING! 5. Houston HOB... Dropped a case on my ankle, several band mates experiencing other problems w wardrobe, rocked a nearly full room and kept going. 6. Left Houston with a patched radiator and a BROKEN AC UNIT!! We stopped and fixed it. AND WE KEPT FRICKIN GOING!!! Over 22 hours on the road home, drove through the night and got everyone back home safe. I love my job. But MAN Im glad to be home.
