Back home in Perth after the whirlwind that is of being a Finalist for the Emerging Leaders Category for the National Disability Awards. I am proud of how far Ive come and Im looking forward to working with all of you involved in the Deaf Community to continue to strive for a better future, to advocate for our human rights, to be properly represented for, and for the general society to become aware and informed about our linguistic community that is the Deaf Community! Big hugs to you all who has been on this journey with me, couldnt have done this without you!
