Back home where I can access FB (took it off my phone). What a freakin good show last night for the folks in Stroudsburg. Hands down the best All Four Ive ever seen or heard. First set shout out to Johnny Grubb wtih the oft-renamed Broke Mountain Breakdown was fabulous as it flowed into Wind Cries Mary - was wishing Allan Ronquillo was there just to watch his smile during that song. And Leap Year - that song keeps growing on me more and more. The guys loved having Tim Carbone on stage with them and it shows. Went old school with the set list (most were songs from cds that Tim had produced, but not all). So it meant less new songs but the balance was good for me. Loved hearing some old favs like Reverend, Less Than Supper, Tied Down. etc. There was a decent crowd that definitely enjoyed the show - the demand for the encore was strong. Andrew Lincoln had the lights rocking and what a bonus to see Michael T-Chef Rhody as well! Last time I saw Greensky live was at Red Rocks - while this wasnt Red Rocks - I was still smiling from start to finish. I love my Greensky and just wish I couldve managed to make it to Brooklyn (Thurs) and Washington DC (tonight) as well. But Im always happier after a Greensky show. Hope they make you feel the same way - support these guys!!!
