Back in August 2014, the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit gave me 2 warning messages to send to the National Council of Churches in Singapore, my country. Up until now, I have never posted them publicly to others. The time has now come for me to post these 2 stern messages here, as the Lord wants us to heed the warnings within the messages, which describe the poor spiritual condition that is commonly found not only in Singapores churches, but in churches all around the world. Here is the first message: August 23, 2014 To the churches of Singapore, write: I have departed from many of the churches here, for they know Me not. They have grieved Me time and again with their man-made rules of worship in church and their focus on ministry and activities, instead of living a life of holiness and consecration unto the LORD God. I AM grieved because many Christians and churches have quenched Me, the Holy Spirit of God. They seek not the things of God, but the things of men. Many among the leaders and their congregations pursue worldly things and interests, instead of seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. Pastors and preachers, do you seek My wisdom and discernment when you prepare a sermon to preach to your congregations? Too many of you fear men more than you fear God, and so you neglect to preach the whole truth of My Holy Word. You seek the praise of men more than the praise of God. In doing so, you tailor your messages to tickle the itching ears of those who desire to hear from you what they want to hear. Woe to you! I will surely hold you accountable for leading My sheep astray. REPENT! I say, REPENT! The time has now come for My judgment to fall upon you, O Church! Seek God, not wealth, for no one can worship both God and Mammon. If you do not repent, you will die in your sins! I love you, My children. Do not grieve Me anymore, for I desire greatly that you walk with Me daily, and abide in the truth of My written Word. -Holy Spirit of God John 12:42-43 (NASB) 42 Nevertheless many even of the rulers believed in Him, but because of the Pharisees they were not confessing Him, for fear that they would be put out of the synagogue; 43 for they loved the approval of men rather than the approval of God. Matthew 6:24 (KJV) No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Galatians 5:25-26 (NIV) 25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other. 2 Timothy 4:3 (NIV) For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. 1 Thessalonians 5:19-22 (NASB) 19 Do not quench the Spirit; 20 do not despise prophetic utterances. 21 But examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good; 22 abstain from every form of evil. Revelation 2:2-5 (NASB) 2 ‘I know your deeds and your toil and perseverance, and that you cannot tolerate evil men, and you put to the test those who call themselves apostles, and they are not, and you found them to be false; 3 and you have perseverance and have endured for My name’s sake, and have not grown weary. 4 But I have this against you, that you have left your first love. 5 Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and repent and do the deeds you did at first; or else I am coming to you and will remove your lampstand out of its place—unless you repent. Revelation 2:16 (NASB) 16 Therefore repent; or else I am coming to you quickly, and I will make war against them with the sword of My mouth. Revelation 3:14-22 (NASB) 14 “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: The Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God, says this: 15 ‘I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish that you were cold or hot. 16 So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth. 17 Because you say, “I am rich, and have become wealthy, and have need of nothing,” and you do not know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked, 18 I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness will not be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see.19 Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent.20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me. 21 He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. 22 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’” Shalom!
