Back in May and June of 1973, Jan and I went to Israel on a work study program of the Seminary in New Orleans. We spent one week touring Greece and the Aegean Islands. Then two weeks touring Israel. The last three week we worked in an archeological excavation not too far from Tel Aviv. When we started the trip in Greece and the Aegean Islands, I assigned Jan to write down all the information that the guide were telling us about all the sites. I would take lots of pictures. She got sick and tired of writing all the stuff down. As you can see in the first picture, she was not pleased. In the second picture we were in Ephesus, Turkey, she handed me the notebook and told me straight that she was not going to write anything else in the book. It was my course and I could do the work. In the last picture, can you see who is holding the notebook. When the wife is not happy, no one is happy. I like my wife when she happy. Love you, Jan.
