Back in the day, I knew an A&R guy for among other labels, Maverick Records. He was and still is a great guy (a lot of you will know who Im talking about). He looked like the twin of the guy who played Doogie Howsers half-a-wise guy pal, Vinnie. In HBOs new untitled show about the NYC punk and disco scene in the 1970s, that actor, Max Casella, is playing an A&R guy for a record label!!! Like Harry Chapin said: All of lifes a circle. Wow.
