Back in those days I use to think that cake making is for drop outs who didnt have anything else to do .I thought it was just mixing of butter sugar, Eggs ,and flour together and bake. Today( after 18 years experience of baking and icing beautiful cakes for all class of people and race ) I know better. I must tell you baking is an exact science. No ingredient is a minor.
