Back splash complete. Grocery shopping done. Two chickens in the crockpots....Henrietta and Bessie. Henrietta is Bay leaves and Rosemary. Bessie is onion only. Making joint healthy broth tomorrow. Chicken and noodle with some of Henrietta and freezing the meat from Bessie for chicken pasta bake later in the week. Three pasta meals in the freezer. Veggies chopped for soups. Burritos ready in the fridge. We will eat well this week. Loads of veggies in each meal....moving closer and closer to clean eating. Dont tell the kids. The havent noticed yet.
